Team/division description

Part of the Talent Transformation division, this team is responsible for the DE&I vision and strategy for Toyota in Europe.

Your responsibilities

You will be a part of a personable and supportive team that collaborates closely with eachother, stakeholders from across the business and externally to help us to realise our diversity, equity and inclusion vision.

You will be the process owner of ongoing DE&I programs/activity. For example,

⦁ Sponsorship Program for Inclusion

Lead or contribute to new project implementation. For example, ⦁ Employment framework for people with disabilities ⦁ European Diversity Conference

Jouw profiel

Your profile

⦁ You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language), as well as Dutch and French

⦁ Experience or a clear passion for DE&I / social inclusion

⦁ Ideally but not essentially have experience of inclusive talent acquisition processes

⦁ Experience of autonomous project management in a business context

⦁ Customer-oriented mindset

⦁ Competent at self-organisation and time management

⦁ Able to build strong and collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders from within Toyota and externally

⦁ Adept with MS office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

  • De organisatie budgettair, administratief en op logistiek vlak opvolgen
  • De opleidingsactiviteiten administratief en financieel opvolgen en controleren
  • De activiteiten en het administratieve beheer van het personeel opvolgen en controleren
  • Een dienst of een organisatie leiden
  • Het evaluatieproces voor opleidingen ontwerpen en opstarten
    Studies uitvoeren
  • Financieringseisen opstellen en contracten opvolgen
  • Ontwerpen van: Pedagogische instrumenten, standaarden, testen, ...
  • Ontwerpen van: Opleidingsprogramma
  • Het opleidingsaanbod bij (potentiële) deelnemers promoten
    Relaties met partners ontwikkelen
  • Ontwerpen van: Opleidingsplan
  • Opstellen van standaarden voor: Tewerkstelling (jobs, beroepsprofiel, activiteiten, ...)
  • Opstellen van standaarden voor: Opleidingen
  • De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen
    Bestellingen plaatsen
  • Opstellen van standaarden voor: Competenties
  • De pedagogische middelen en noden van de organisatie bepalen
    Acties voor competentieontwikkeling, werving en opleiding, ... opstarten
  • Opstellen van standaarden voor: Certificaten
  • Pedagogische, professionele, technische, ... informatie en reglementeringen opvolgen en actualiseren
  • Deelnemers pedagogisch en administratief opvolgen
    Het evaluatierapport opstellen en het aan de financiers, partners, ... voorleggen
  • Kennis delen, verworven kennis evalueren, testen en examens, ... verbeteren
  • Ontwerpen van: Opleidingscatalogus
